Welcome to New Swastik Packers & Movers. By accessing our website and hiring our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Service

Swastik Packers & Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services for household, office, and vehicle relocation. Our services are subject to the details mentioned in the final quotation provided to the customer.

2. Accuracy of Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

• The volume of goods.

• The pickup and delivery addresses (including floor numbers and elevator availability).

• The presence of any fragile or high-value items. Failure to provide accurate details may result in revised quotes or additional labor charges.

3. Payment Terms

• Booking Amount: A nominal advance may be required to confirm your moving date.

• Full Payment: 100% of the remaining balance must be cleared once the loading is completed at the origin point.

• Methods: We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.

• Taxes: Government taxes (GST) and toll charges are extra unless specified in the quote.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not transport the following items for safety and legal reasons:

• Flammable liquids (Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene).

• Explosives, Gas Cylinders, and Acids.

• Perishable food items.

• Illegal substances.

• Valuables: We advise customers to carry jewelry, cash, laptops, and original legal documents personally. Swastik Packers & Movers will not be liable for the loss of these items.

5. Insurance and Liability

• While we take the utmost care, transit insurance is highly recommended for long-distance moves.

• Insurance claims are subject to the terms of the insurance provider.

• Our liability for any damage is limited to the terms agreed upon in the moving contract and only applies if the packing was done by our professional team.

6. Delays and Cancellations

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move for a full refund of the booking amount.

• Delays: While we strive for punctuality, Swastik Packers & Movers is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, road blocks, or vehicle breakdowns.

7. Claims

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported in writing at the time of unloading and delivery. Claims made after the team has left the delivery site will not be entertained.

8. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hisar, Haryana.
